In order to take advantage of some of our Services, you may need to supply us with the personal details of a third party (for example, their name and address if you wish to send them a Product). We will not use this information for anything other than providing the Services for which the information was supplied.
2. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We need to process your personal data so that we can manage your customer accounts, provide you with the goods and services you want and help you with any orders and refunds you may ask for. Your personal data will be collected, processed, stored and used by us. When you visit our website, use and pay for our services, contact us or interact with MF Greenscapes and agree to our terms and conditions, we need to process certain data that allows us: • to provide service to you in accordance with our agreement; • to prepare Products and Services as instructed by you; • to associate your Orders, and your Product purchases, with you, and to verify your identity; • to tailor aspects of MF Greenscapes (including its website functions and offers) to you; • to process payments you make for services and products; • to pass your Product order for delivery by third party deliverers engaged by us; • to provide customer support and improve your customer experience; • to contact you by email and mobile communication (such as text (SMS) and “push” notification) in relation to the products or services you have requested or purchased. If you’ve told us it’s OK (or unless you’ve asked us not to after a purchase), we would like to contact you to provide information about products or services we think might interest you. You may withdraw this consent at any time. For legitimate business reasons we will also process your data for customer satisfaction and customer experience improvement purposes, such as by analysing data we hold about you, and combining it with data held by third parties, in order to discern your interests, demography and other factors, and in consequence to offer goods and services that are likely to have the greatest value to you. Payment Method are not in fact stored by MF Greenscapes itself, but instead may be stored by a payment service provider under contract with us. The storing payment service provider will be required to comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Note that, when using a stored Payment Method to make payment for your order, certain techniques will be used to assist in maintaining the security of the details of your stored Payment Method. For example, not all of the payment card number will be visible to you (typically, all except the final four digits will be masked), and you will be required to provide certain information (such as, but not limited to, a CV2 card security number) in order to proceed with using that Payment Method. If you are asked to provide a phone number for Services or Products you are ordering is to assist with the delivery process. For example, we may automatically log which parts of MF Greenscapes you access, which web browser you deploy and the website from which you linked to us. You cannot be identified from any of this information. It enables us to compile statistics about the use of our site and services, and to help target aspects of your user experience more accurately.
3. DATA RETENTION
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, which includes to provide our Services to you, to process your Order, send products to your intended recipient, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements that MF Greenscapes must comply with in the usual course of our business.

Please provide sufficient detail about the information in question to help us locate it. You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
5. REQUEST CORRECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We want to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us, or we may ask you, to correct information you or we think is inaccurate, and you may also ask us to remove information which is inaccurate.
6. REQUEST ERASURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it, for instance if you no longer wish to use our Services. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law. 8. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

However, if you notify us to withdraw your consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
