Do you provide both residential and commercial services?
Yes, we work with homeowners, landlords, and businesses to create and maintain outdoor spaces tailored to their needs.
We offer complete garden solutions, from lawn care and turfing to weeding, pressure washing, hard & soft landscaping, garden design, planting, irrigation, and outdoor living features. Whether you want a quick refresh or a full transformation, we’ve got you covered.

How do I get a quote?
You can request a free initial consultation via our contact form, phone or email. Just go to our Contact Us page and choose your preferred method.
For detailed landscaping or large projects, we may need to visit the site, survey the garden, take measurements, photos, and discuss your ideas before providing a full estimate.
How long will my garden design take from start to finish?
Design timelines depend on complexity and scope. For a typical domestic garden, design (from first meeting through to concept & final plan) can take several weeks. Larger, more complex projects or tight-site / restricted access projects may take longer. Build / execution time similarly depends on size, materials, and weather.
Can you work with small gardens or courtyards?
Yes – we design gardens of all sizes, from small courtyards, terraces and urban gardens to large country gardens and estates. The same principles of design apply; we adapt for scale and constraints.
What kind of hard landscaping materials do you use?
We work with high-quality materials: natural stone, paving slabs, decking (various woods and composites), sleepers, cobbles, retaining walls, gravel & aggregate, raised beds, etc. We source materials with durability and aesthetics in mind, ensuring matching styles and finishes where required.
Do you supply plants, trees, and shrubs?

Yes. As part of our soft landscaping, we source appropriate plants, trees, and shrubs tailored to your soil, climate, aspect (sun/shade), and design style. We can also advise on species that are native, low maintenance, or pollinator friendly if preferred.

Is garden maintenance included in your service?
We offer maintenance packages (seasonal / annual) to keep your garden in top shape: pruning, mowing, weeding, plant care, hedge trimming, etc. Maintenance is optional, but strongly recommended to preserve the design, plant health, and quality of landscaping over time.
How much will a garden landscaping or design project cost?
Costs vary widely depending on size, complexity, materials, planting, site access, and finishes. As a guide: simple small garden projects may start at a few thousand pounds; full garden redesigns with hard landscaping, planting, features & lighting often run significantly more. Do you work in certain seasons, or is there a best time to start?
We work year-round. However, certain works (like planting or turfing) are best done in spring or autumn when the soil is workable and weather conditions are milder. Hard landscaping tends to be less weather-dependent. If you have a deadline (e.g. summer event), it’s best to start planning well in advance.
Do I need planning permission or permits for my project?
In many cases you won’t need planning permission, especially for domestic gardens. But for some structures (walls over certain heights, large outbuildings, significant lighting, water features, etc.), or in conservation areas, you will. We can advise you if your project likely requires permissions, and help liaise with council departments if needed.
How do you protect my property during works?

Our team takes care to avoid damage: using protective coverings, ensuring safe working practices, managing site access, keeping work zones tidy, disposing of waste properly, and respecting your property and neighbours. We carry insurance for our work.

Are your gardeners/designers/licensed contractors insured and qualified?
Yes. All our staff are experienced and trained. We carry appropriate public liability insurance, and work with qualified contractors / landscape specialists to ensure high quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
What warranties or guarantees do you provide on landscaping / installations?

Where applicable, we provide guarantees on workmanship and materials. For example, patios or decking installations should be structurally sound; plants under guarantee conditions may be replaced if they fail in early establishment. Exact warranty details will be included in your project contract.

How is payment handled, and what are your payment options?
We require a deposit before work begins on larger projects. The remainder is due according to agreed milestones (e.g. on completion of major phases). Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as agreed. We will issue an itemised invoice for transparency.
Are there any hidden or additional costs I should be aware of?
No, we aim for transparency. The quote will include all expected costs: materials, labour, site preparation, drainage, disposal of waste, etc. Should unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g. hidden structural issues, underground obstacles), we’ll inform you immediately and agree additional costs before proceeding.
Do you offer any environmentally friendly / sustainable gardening options?
Yes. We can incorporate sustainable practices: native planting, drought-tolerant species, rainwater harvesting or drainage, wildlife habitat features, permeable paving, using responsibly sourced materials, etc. We can discuss your environmental priorities at the design stage.
What maintenance is required after installation?
After installation, gardens need a “settling in” period. New plants often need more watering, pruning, feeding. Lawns may need overseeding, rolling, weed control. Hard landscaping will require cleaning and sealants or treatments. We can recommend and provide a maintenance plan suited to your garden.
How long until I see results?
It depends on what you’ve had done. Hard landscaping gives immediate visual transformation. Plant growth, lawn establishment, seasonal displays will take longer—often several weeks to months. Over time, as plants mature, your garden will settle into its full design beauty. We will give you realistic expectations at the outset.
How do I know if my lawn needs repair?
If your lawn looks patchy, has bare spots, or is thinning due to wear, drought, or pests, our lawn repair services can restore it with reseeding, turfing, or topsoil dressing.
Do you offer artificial grass (Astroturf) installations?
Yes. We install premium, low-maintenance Astroturf solutions—ideal for year-round greenery without mowing, watering, or mud.
What is wildflower turfing, and why choose it?
Wildflower turfing creates a colourful, biodiverse habitat that supports pollinators, reduces maintenance, and adds natural beauty to your landscape.
How often should my lawn be fertilised?
We recommend feeding 2–4 times a year depending on soil condition. Our fertiliser plans boost root strength, colour, and overall lawn health.
Can you help clear an overgrown garden?
Absolutely. Our garden clearing service removes unwanted plants, ivy, moss, and debris to give you back a clean, manageable space.
What are the benefits of mulching?
Mulching retains soil moisture, suppresses weeds, improves soil fertility, and gives beds a neat, professional finish.
Do you provide pressure washing for patios and driveways?

What happens during a garden site survey?

We assess your garden’s layout, soil, light levels, drainage, and your personal needs. This ensures our design plan is practical and tailored to your space.
